The package includes: an event designer & coordinator (available multiple locations), managed timelines, recommending and hiring vendors, facilitate venue tours & contract signing, track deposits & payment schedules, manage guest lists & RSVPS, print invitations & floorplans, set up and tear down.
A couple who wants to plan it all but needs that professional to come in and organize the details, vendors, and timelines. The "Day of Coordinator" allows the couple to enjoy their day knowing someone else is managing the details. The price will depend on the number of hours a coordinator will be required and the number of quests and activities to manage.
For the couple who feel they can do most of the legwork but still need to get some professional services. We will set up a free consultation to determine a rate customized and tailored to your exact needs. See our A La Carte menu below. You choose what services you need but they all will include access to checklists, planning, and budgeting tools for the couple. Price is determined by how many services are chosen.
Consultant works with couples giving them guidance on wedding decisions in the areas below that they so choose. Please note if you need four or more of these services it can be a cost savings to look at full planner or coordinator instead.
Perfect for couples who need a guide on where to start but want to do the planning on their own. This will include a consultation on timelines, prepare an itinerary, a referral for two vendor categories, and a planner guide to keep up with all the details. This will happen over two 1- hour consultations, the first to prepare the couple for planning and the second will be a month before the wedding to set up final checklists and a get a review from the experts.
Perfect if you need help with Floral design only. We can help with vendor selection and contracts. We will set up a consultation to help determine styles and what is in season for fresh flowers. Also look at alternatives to fresh flowers. We give advice and help on DIY floral projects. We will offer suggestions for backdrops, arches, church altars, pews, bouquets, bridal party floral, centerpieces and more. We also offer services for setting up and tearing down floral decor.
We have excellent DJs on our vendor list that will give you a price break when you go through our service for booking. They add your personal touches, setting an evening of music reflective of the couple through custom playlists, enhanced lighting, and entertaining your guests.
Need help with lighting at a venue. We have a lighting specialist to help with options and set up from back lighting a ceremony, reception, and bridal table to string lighting for evening weddings or adding spotlights of color to your venue.
A planner for the bridal shower, engagement parties, bachelor or bachelorette parties and rehearsal dinners. This is an immense help for a couple's parents or bridal party that may plan an event before the wedding. This service will include vendor selections, decorations, themes, games, caterers, venues and favors ideas. The price varies depending on how many additional events will be added and the number of quests per event.
This package is for the couple who want help with the aesthetics of the wedding from picking colors, styles, lighting, decor, and flowers. We will help determine your style through consultation. We will look at style books and current trends to help determine a couple's wedding style. We will walk through your ceremony and reception then on a second consultation we will provide a presentation of two design options, prices, and reputable vendors to supply the design features.
Invitations with a custom design. From simple to ornate we will design and send you one copy to approve. The print service is eco-friendly and will plant a tree with each print order. The more invitations the lower the cost to print. We also design menus, logos, signs, thank you cards, and removable or permanent vinyl for custom signs, banners, mirrors, or walls.
This is a great additional feature that allows you to set up a consultation and customize your topic to get a pro's advice. It is the least expensive approach because it is a discounted hourly rate. We will deliver professional advice on any topic.
Before you can start planning you need to have an idea of your budget and the costs associated with implementing your vision.
